By submitting a service inquiry or application to Corviable LLC or any of its affiliates, vendors, partners, agents, data processors, or service providers (collectively, “Corviable”), the undersigned prospective client (“Client”) irrevocably acknowledges and agrees that Corviable’s Terms & Conditions, Policies, Service Agreements, Privacy Standards, and Operational Protocols, along with any future amendments or incorporated references, shall apply in full force and effect, without exception, and Client waives any right to contest their applicability, enforceability, scope, or validity in any forum. Corviable may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any application, and submission of an inquiry does not guarantee approval. No fees are owed until formal approval is granted and a service plan is selected. Corviable’s obligations are strictly limited to those expressly required by applicable U.S. federal law, Michigan law, and relevant international compliance standards, and Corviable shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services rendered or information provided by the Client. Each service plan applies only to a single legal entity; additional entities require separate plans, which may affect fees or service tiers. All clients must pay the first three (3) months of service upfront, with monthly billing commencing from the 4th month onward. Clients may opt for alternative billing frequencies, subject to exclusive discounts for longer terms paid upfront. Clients with verified monthly gross revenue over $1 million USD, governmental/institutional status, or ten (10) or more locations will incur a one-time $10,000 USD Account Setup Fee. Clients must maintain at least five times (5x) their plan fee in the bank account used for their application. Service plans have a minimum 60-month term and automatically renew for successive 60-month terms unless written non-renewal is provided at least thirty (30) days before the term end. All fees are non-negotiable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be suspended or modified due to cancellation or non-use. Late payments incur a $150 USD daily penalty and may be referred to legal counsel or collection agents, with all remedies available under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.
