Corviable hereby reaffirms its unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service while maintaining full compliance with all pertinent legal and regulatory requirements. Corviable's service plans are generally billed on a monthly basis; however, clients may elect to pay annually at their discretion. Each service plan necessitates a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) months, with the notable exception of the Executive Pro+ Plan, which requires a commitment of twenty-four (24) months and is subject to automatic renewal unless terminated in accordance with established cancellation procedures. The Essential and Entrepreneur Plans are invoiced on a per business entity basis, whereas the Executive Pro+ Plan permits coverage of unlimited businesses within a single plan. A thirty (30) day cancellation grace period is afforded without incurring penalties; cancellations effected beyond this period are subject to an Early Cancellation Fee, calculated as three (3) times the monthly fee. It is hereby stipulated that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients who remit payment for twelve (12) months or more in advance are entitled to a discount of fifteen percent (15%), contingent upon the settlement of any third-party expenses. The Service Coordination Plan delineates business requirements, solutions, and costs, ensuring transparency via the CorvFund™ account, which provides monthly reports and real-time updates aligned with the client's Budget Plan. Should funds prove insufficient, alternative financing shall be requisite. Separate service plans are necessitated for subsidiaries and franchises. A one-time, non-refundable Setup Fee is applicable to all clients, with the setup process potentially extending up to ninety (90) days, inclusive of business analysis, service coordination, and account setup. An initial application, subject to Company approval, is required, and Corviable reserves the right to refuse service. Modifications or upgrades to service plans do not entitle clients to recover fees previously paid. Payments are due upon the execution of two (2) signed documents, with major credit/debit cards and wire transfers accepted as forms of payment. While certain services may be rendered as single transactions, the majority necessitate an active service plan. Corviable does not extend discounts under any circumstances.
