By submitting a service inquiry to Corviable or any of its affiliated vendor partners, the prospective client hereby irrevocably acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and expressly waives any right to dispute, contest, or challenge their applicability, enforceability, or validity. Corviable, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer services worldwide and shall provide only those warranties expressly required under applicable law and consistent with prevailing industry standards as of the commencement of service. No payment or financial commitment is required to submit an inquiry or to attend a complimentary Consultation and Eligibility Assessment, and no payment obligation shall arise until all proposals and agreements have been reviewed, accepted, and duly executed by the client. Service pricing shall be determined upon approval for services and calculated exclusively based on the client’s monthly gross revenue; startups with no income shall be subject to Corviable’s minimum pricing, while established businesses shall be charged according to tiered pricing up to the applicable maximum for their selected service plan. Each service plan applies solely to one distinct business entity, defined to include any company, parent, subsidiary, or other legal entity directly affiliated with or formed in connection with the receiving business, and each additional entity shall require a separate plan; Corviable reserves the right to revise, increase, or adjust billing if additional entities are discovered during service fulfillment. Clients with monthly gross revenues exceeding Ten Million United States Dollars (USD $10,000,000), or who are government agencies, public sector organizations, or operators of ten (10) or more locations, shall be subject to a one-time Analysis and Coordination Fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total service agreement amount. All clients are required to apply for services, and Corviable retains the absolute and unfettered right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Each service plan entails a minimum contractual term of twelve (12) months and shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12)-month periods unless written notice of cancellation is received by Corviable at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. The Opulence Edge plan allows for custom rates and commitment terms determined exclusively by business type, size, and geographic location, subject to final approval by Corviable’s Administration. Fees shall be invoiced monthly unless otherwise requested for weekly, quarterly, annual, or full-payoff billing; irrespective of billing frequency, all fees are strictly non-transferable, non-creditable, non-refundable, and not subject to modification, reduction, or waiver under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, alteration, or early termination of services.
