1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.corviable.com ("Site"), its services, or engaging with Corviable ("we", "us", "Client"), you ("User") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), in addition to any Service Policy. If you do not accept all Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Exclusive Agreement & Amendments
These Terms, together with the Service Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional corollary agreements, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between User and Corviable. Corviable reserves the unilateral right to revise, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, with such changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use by User indicates consent to all updates.

3.2. The Site may contain links to third-party websites; Corviable disclaims all liability for such external content, practices, and policies. Accessing such sites is at User’s sole risk.

4. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, code) is proprietary to Corviable or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

7. No Refunds; Fee Forfeiture
All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. User forfeits any rights to refunds upon payment or termination, in line with the Service Policy.

8. Confidentiality & Non-Competition
User must maintain confidentiality of all Corviable proprietary information accessed via the Site or Services. Disclosures are prohibited, unless legally compelled. User may not compete against Corviable’s Services during engagement and for the applicable non-compete period defined in the Service Policy.

9. Compliance with Laws
User must comply with all applicable U.S. federal and international laws and regulations. Corviable reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration in Detroit, Michigan, as per Service Policy.

11. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions continue in full effect.
